Introducing the Project “Interrupting the Cycle”

This research and advocacy project team includes a Project Lead, who oversees all aspects of the project, from ethics compliance to final reporting, and ensures that every deliverable reflects the needs and voices of Black communities.

It also includes our Research Fellow for Justice & Community Engagement, who leads the heart of this work. 

The project is also supported by a dedicated Navigators, Mentors, Criminal Lawyer Advisor, Academic Partner, and Community Partner Organizations – all of whom provide essential guidance, oversight, and infrastructure.

Together, this team is committed to documenting the truth, supporting survivors, and building tools that will help interrupt the cycle for good.
